We accept returns of product, without a restocking fee, when the product is in the same condition in which you received it.
The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. You do not need to reimburse us for the "Free Shipping" cost we incurred to ship the item to you, however, any extra or expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
All return requests must be made to us within 30 days of the date you received your item. No returns are accepted beyond 30 days.
You can initiate a return request by filling out our Return Request form here. We’ll promptly reply to your inquiry during regular business hours with questions (if we have any) or further instructions. As long as the item is eligible for return per the terms of our policies, it will be a hassle free return process for you.
When you purchased your product from us, the product page listed a condition of New Surplus, Refurbished, or Used. A detailed description of each of our product conditions is listed on our Important Condition Information page.
This means if you purchased a New Surplus item, it must still be in the original, unopened packaging, and unused to be eligible for return.
Items which are no longer in the original condition in which you received them, are NOT eligible for return. The only exceptions to this rule are:
- If you received an item which is not as described
- If the product is covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee, and your return request meets the terms of that policy
